can't successfully make calls out/receive calls

For last four days I consistently can't call out. When people call me the phone just rings and rings or says I am on another line, when I am not. Friends are sending me screenshots of the calls they are making to me, I am getting no notification. Sometimes going straight to voicemail. I have tried removing my sim card, hard resetting my phone. I have three iphone 11 all on three network in the house, mine is the only phone affected. When I have reset it or turned it on/off. The problem corrects itself but within 20 mins, it is happening again. Any suggestions?!

Really sorry to hear about all the difficulties with your calls. Very strange that there's another 2 iPhone 11s also on Three, and they're unaffected?

I'd recommend to check the suggestions on as this lists some troubleshooting in case your VoLTE/4G calling isn't activated properly in your settings. Is your phone software up to date, and also when you were resetting the phone did you try resetting the network settings?
