For last four days I consistently can't call out. When people call me the phone just rings and rings or says I am on another line, when I am not. Friends are sending me screenshots of the calls they are making to me, I am getting no notification. Sometimes going straight to voicemail. I have tried removing my sim card, hard resetting my phone. I have three iphone 11 all on three network in the house, mine is the only phone affected. When I have reset it or turned it on/off. The problem corrects itself but within 20 mins, it is happening again. Any suggestions?!

Hi @Shauna1978,

Really sorry to hear about all the difficulties with your calls. Very strange that there's another 2 iPhone 11s also on Three, and they're unaffected?

I'd recommend to check the suggestions on <LI-MESSAGE title="How to ensure your phone is ready for the 3G switch off" uid="36142" url="https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Network/How-to-ensure-your-phone-is-ready-for-the-3G-switch-off/m-p/36142#U36142" discussion_style_icon_css="lia-mention-container-editor-message lia-img-icon-forum-thread lia-fa-icon lia-fa-forum lia-fa-thread lia-fa"></LI-MESSAGE> as this lists some troubleshooting in case your VoLTE/4G calling isn't activated properly in your settings. Is your phone software up to date, and also when you were resetting the phone did you try resetting the network settings?

Thanks,
Jonathan
