I’ve just used my landline to call myself and although my landline is ringing, my mobile is not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Seriously?? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":neutral_face:"&gt;😐&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the issue here please? &amp;nbsp;How can I restore the ability to receive calls please??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with receiving calls lately. I'd recommend having a look at our &lt;A href="https://devicesupport.three.co.uk/" target="_self"&gt;Device Support page&lt;/A&gt; first. Find your model of phone there, then select the "Fix a problem" tab to follow the troubleshooters there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also check for local network problems on our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt;Network Status Checker&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't help solve the issue, we'll do our best to help further, please give us a bit more info so we can help narrow down where the problem lies:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;What model of phone are you using?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using Wi-Fi calling, and does toggling this off or on in the settings get your calls connected?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is it definitely incoming calls only which is failing?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is anyone else with you also using Three, and are they also affected by this issue or not?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know on the above and this should narrow down a few potential causes.&lt;/P&gt;
