Hey @Dawniebarks,

Thanks for raising this.

Does the Wi-Fi calling option still appear on your device? Which make and model are you using?

If your phone is a dual-sim device and the Three SIM in SIM slot 2, please try this in SIM slot 1 to see if this helps.

Also, please check if any software updates are available, and that VoLTE is enabled.

We'd also recommend complete a reset of your phone's network settings. If you're able to share the make and model you are using, we can confirm the steps required to do this.

Please note: this will remove Wi-Fi and Bluetooth history/passwords.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi @Dawniebarks,

Have you checked to make sure your iOS and carrier settings are up to date?

Can you try putting your phone onto airplane/flight mode, then reconnect to your Wi-Fi whilst leaving the device on flight mode? This should help make sure that a weak mobile signal isn't preventing Wi-Fi calling from kicking in.

Let me know if testing a call like this works, or if it still fails?

Thanks,
Jonathan
