      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried switching your phones off and then on again? There are no national issues affecting calls at this time,also check the status page for any issues local to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We completely understand your frustration with not being able to make or receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try to complete a full reset of your network settings and let us know if this helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have Apple devices, you can do this via the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset iPhone &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network settings.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On an Android device, you can reset network settings via the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Settings &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Advanced &amp;gt; Reset options &amp;gt; Reset Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth (or Reset network settings).&amp;nbsp;Then, tap Reset settings and confirm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please note: Resetting network settings will also remove saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
