hi does anyone know if i can decrease the ring time before it hits voicemail at present its set to 30 secound i want it set to 20 secounds as people tend to hang up before its hitting voicemail

Just a thought but if you want to stop, or restart, your voicemail you have to call customer services so maybe give them a call on 333.

Welcome to the Three Community.

I believe that their are additional options of 5, 10 and 15 seconds. You can't change the settings on the device though, it's something the customer support team need to do for you.
