    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not too savvy on this as I am a pensioner, I recently moved , not getting broadband installed til 18th July I think .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;meanwhile I can not use my Mobil. Put more data I. But still not working. Can someone help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Without knowing precisely what's happening the first things I'd suggest to look at is our&lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt; Network Status Checker&lt;/A&gt;, this will let you know if there's any local issues we're aware of and working on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also find help on our &lt;A href="https://devicesupport.three.co.uk/guides" target="_self"&gt;Device Support pages&lt;/A&gt;, pop over there, find your model of phone, and choose the most appropriate section in the "fix a problem" tab.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're still no further forward, here's some suggestions on info to add which may help narrow down the issue and how to help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using PAYG or Pay Monthly?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is the issue definitely just with data, or are calls/texts affected too?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How does the signal look on your phone, is it full, 1 or 2 bars, or no service? Can you see 3G/H/4G, or 5G?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What model of phone do you use?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What happens when you try to use data e.g. loading a browser page or connecting to an app? If there are any error messages can you let us know what they say?&lt;/LI&gt;
