Hi @Tmatty,

I'm sorry to hear the coverage in Cumbria has been letting us down. As you've mentioned, we've recently merged with Vodafone. We're working on a largescale investment into the combined network infrastructure, so hopefully it won't be too long before you're able to benefit from the improved coverage and capacity this is bringing.

There isn't any action necessary on our customers' side to benefit from this, no one needs to change SIMs or settings. It'll just take a little time for the necessary engineering work to support this to roll out everywhere.

We wouldn't agree that gaps in coverage or network capacity constitutes a breach in contract, however we do appreciate this can be quite subjective depending on whether there's poor coverage at home, a workplace, or simply somewhere you occasionally visit. If you feel that you're unable to make use of our services for a significant proportion of your time, please get in touch and the team will check if they have options to provide further support.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Every time I visit Cumbria I might just as well not take my phone . Connection/ service availability is essentially zero even in the middle of Keswick . Absolutely dreadful, I was with Vodafone previously which was infinitely better . With the merger of the two companies I would have expected proper service . When I signed up to this contract I was told by the 3 Mobile shop in Bournemouth that connection was superb . It isn’t , it is awful . It is so bad I consider it to be in breach of contract . Any suggestions on how to make it at least half as good as Vodafone would be much appreciated.
