topic Number transfer issues in Network

Hello, I transferred my mobile number onto a Three eSIM tarrif using a PAC code on 18 July (my previous contract was with O2). However, but my phone is still receiving signal from O2 and it appears that the O2 contract is still active despite my number being transferred over to Three (I have also just been billed by O2 for their service). Is it normal for the signal from a previous contract to last this long after the transfer of numbers, or does it indicate that the transfer has still not completed or that there were issues with it?

When did the actual porting take place?
just talk to O2 to understand why are you being billed... but I would read the T&Cs of your contract before reaching out to them.

Hello there.

I don't think I've heard of that happening before. If the port in has completed, and you see your number on the Three account, I'd recommend getting in touch with o2 to get the account double checked. It should have stopped working immediately when the port in occurred.
