Mobile data extremely slow

Both myself and husband are on three and our mobile data connections are diabolical. We can barely load a web page . It's like it in or out of our house . And at home it's worse if we both try to go online at the same time . Why is this ? It should be 5g . I have a Samsung s20 all up to date .it's barely useable .

Oh, that's not so good. When you say it's worse when you both go online, are you referring to when you use home broadband?

No use our mobiles using mobile data . Our internet service with Talktalk recently went down so we switched on our mobile data and it was terrible . But I found my connection slightly better if my husband wasn't browsing on his phone and visa versa weirdly.
