      <title>Poor connection during landline calls only</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Poor connection during all landline calls. Person at receiving end of my phone call (multiple places - doctors surgery, hospital departments etc) states that my call is breaking up, they cannot hear me etc. It is extremely frustrating and happens every single time. Calls to mobiles are absolutely fine. I note that other 3 users have the same problem &amp;amp; wonder when it is going to be fixed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been having issues with call quality on landline calls. How long have you been experiencing this for now? What model of phone are you using?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Three has been unable to route the outgoing voice to landlines for years now. I ended up reconnecting my landline to make landline calls (usually the most important calls), it was well worth spending the £7 a month after trying to get Three to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I've tried resetting everything, WiFi calling off and on, etc. but the real problem is somewhere internal to Three and their gateway to the wired telephone system. I notice there has been a merger with Vodafone, so either everyone will get this problem sorted out by Vodafone engineers, or, all Vodafone customers are going to start complaining!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going to look around for another all-you-can-eat deal as Three is not taking this problem seriously.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
