The network is very awful. Cannot get connection and when there is connection the phone line cuts off. Also many times there is no internet connection. This is very dangerous for my daughter who is living in the city and finishes work late. In an emergency it can be very difficult to contact anyone

Hello there.

That's not so great. I'm unsure if it's you or your daughter who is having the issue, or perhaps it's both of you, but I'd recommend checking out the network status page to determine if there's a known issue within the area the issues are noticed. If you're having the issues everywhere, it might be best to contact the support team so they can look into it further and explore the options.
