That's a strange issue, let's see what we can figure out.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Firstly, what device are you using?&amp;nbsp;If it's a phone, you should find the option to reset Network settings under 'Reset' or 'Network' options. Give that a try and let us know if it helps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How long as has this been a problem, and is it happening in one particular area? If so, have you had a check of the postcode in our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support" target="_self"&gt;network status checker&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you getting a good 5G connection, and then manually switching over to 4G, at which point you can't access the internet?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know more, and we'll do all we can to help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>4g problams</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using 3G and 5g internet there is no issues, but when connected to 4g I can have signal but not have any access to the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
