&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with the coverage lately. How long has the issue been going on for now? Have you had a look at our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2" target="_self"&gt;Network Status checker&lt;/A&gt;, does this show we're working on any known issues in your area?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As we didn't hear back from you, I'm just checking in to see how your service has been since you reported this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has your reception and speeds improved at all? Did the Network Status Checker highlight anything that may have been causing this?&lt;/P&gt;
