In Samsung SIM manager:

On O2, my number was showing as +447XXXXXXXXX

On Three, my temporary number appeared as +447XXXXXXXXX

On Three, my ported number appears as 07XXXXXXXXX

So this looks like a weird effect of the number transfer. I entered my number in the porting form in the 07XXXXXXXXX format so that kind of matches, looks like a software bug.

Unrelated but 24 hours in, RCS has yet to connect properly, it's stuck at "Setting up..." after trying all the reset procedures

Hi @isamped,

Sorry to hear about the delay in your RCS activating after the port, but glad to hear this seems to be sorted now.

I'm not 100% on why the number format would differentiate between international and domestic format, does it seem to be affecting your use of the services in terms of calls or messages?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @JonathanB - thanks for your reply

Everything seems fine service wise. It's just an oddity I noticed - SIM manager retrieves the number from the network backend ( somehow) so it looks like Three updated my number on their database but stored it in local format (I'd say this is incorrect because typically if a field understands international format, it always uses international format but that's just my opinion)
