    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, agree. &amp;nbsp;You follow the whole turn it off turn it on advice to simply find it tells you to use WiFi or stand near a window. &amp;nbsp;Do they want me to go to a double glazing shop to stand near a window? &amp;nbsp;And to think I haven’t tried anything else is mental! &amp;nbsp;I’m standing outside, not now obviously. &amp;nbsp;I have 2 bars on a 4 G signal using a 5 G phone but nothing! &amp;nbsp;What’s the point of asking for help if all you get is a stupid Bot! I give up!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to Three Community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure why things would have got worse since the merger took place, the existing Three infrastructure remains in place as it was prior to the merger. Perhaps the issue you're having can be explained by a fault on the network, or with your device or the settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What's happening when you try to make a call? Are you at home when it happens? Or some place else? Does it happen everywhere, or just a specific place?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
