I’m having the very same issue since installing the latest iOS update last week! Apple also said to me there are no issues with my Apple ID and my phone is a fairly new 16 pro max. If you also updated then there’s a chance your problem is related. Three say there is nothing wrong their end.

To clarify, are you sharing that the voicemail message itself has been lost, or that your voicemail access has deactivated altogether?
