    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi , i have a contract phone with unlimited , i am going to the balearics on monday but last year i got there and couldn't use my phone unless i was on the hotel wifi and i need to be able to use my phone as normal . i don't want to get caught out again . please help.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You can roam in the Balearic Islands by paying the £2 daily charge, or by buying a Go Roam Pass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have roaming enabled on your handset, and double-check that your Spend Cap isn't set to zero, and that your Credit Limit isn't set to £1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you have any problems connecting, please reset your network settings and then try a manual network connection to a foreign network via your device.&lt;/P&gt;
