Reward code not showing

Hi, I (finally) was able to select Cafe Nero as a reward in the three plus app. However, even thigh it shows that I’ve selected the reward and am promoted to view the code, the code is not listed under ‘my rewards.’

As a troubleshooting step I logged in on the web browser and it’s the same issue.

Any other tips I can try? Is this a known issue?

Hi @Emily5,

I'm not aware of an issue like this at the moment. Please check your relevant app store and ensure you have the most up to date version of Three+.

When you claim the offer from the Top Rewards or All Rewards tabs, you should be taken to a page with a QR code, or if you need to navigate back to it later the "My Codes" tab should show this as an available code for the rest of that week.

So the offer page now says you've claimed the reward, but my codes screen is blank?

That’s correct. When on the ‘Cafe Nero’ reward page, it says I’ve already claimed this reward and to click to retrieve code. However, I am not given a QR code and am taken to ‘your reward codes’ page. On that subsequent page, it does not show under ‘available codes.’

I was going to take a screenshot - however, now the Cafe Nero page itself isn’t showing at all (seems to have disappeared). Second issue now I guess?

I have also double checked and I’m using the most updated version of the app.

Thanks @Emily5 I've flagged your issue with the Three+ team yesterday but hopefully the screenshots will help them understand the issue. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything back.

Thanks for following up (and for reminding me to claim the reward, now that it’s a new week - I often forget!)

I was able to claim it and it’s showing in my rewards, so I guess everything is working again.

Hi there,

The same thing is happening for me with a Picturehouse code. I claimed it earlier in the week, it says 'Reward code claimed Go to your codes.' I click that, it takes me to Available codes, but then there's nothing there.

I have an identical issue. Downloaded and created the account today and claimed the coffee network offer. (so the app is up to date and offer couldn't have been claimed yet) Than it started showing me that I already claimed the reward and to Go to my code. However there is 0 codes or rewards in both my Available and Expired codes. So I just claimed the offer, can't re-claim it, bit got nothing.

Hey @MichSob

That's not good! We know this may sound silly but, can you try deleting and re-installing the app for us? Let us know if the code shows up after you do this.
