I'm just reaching out to check in with you on this. Were you able to try connecting manually to a network? If so, did you find that this helped at all?

Thanks,
Michael

ive had this issue for the past few times ive come to spain but this time it has been strange as i landed in barcelona and the data had been working for the 5 days i was there. i then went to madrid and as soon as i arrive home my data stops working.

i have checked the spend cap, roaming settings, reset my phone and it still isnt working. i even bought a goroam pass but it isnt activating. i have only used 2gb from the 12gb fair use limit too so i have no idea why it isnt working anymore.

ive seen that this issue has affected many others but ive seen no solution that works

Hi @ukiyoii,

Sorry to hear you've been having some trouble with your roaming data. Other than a local network issue, it's really odd that data would work okay in Barcelona and not in Madrid.

I'd recommend to change your network/carrier selection from Automatic to Manual, and check if you get service when manually connecting to any of the available networks. This isn't usually necessary but may help if there's an issue with a provider/mast where you are.

Let me know if this helps,
Jonathan
