    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've been having the same issue in out house with CF and Three. I just got off the phone with CF. When I told them I was having an issue with Wifi calling, the rep immediately asked me "Is Three your mobile provider?" I'm supposed to be getting an email from CF about escalating the issue and putting me in tough with the next level for tech support, but clearly it's an issue they're aware of at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.6.2 with Three 64.2 and WiFi calling doesn't work on my Community Fibre internet. I cannot make or receive calls. As soon as I disconnect WiFi it works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone else? Is this a Three issue or a Community Fibre issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Is this issue still persisting for you? Have you been able to test your connection with any other Wi-Fi to help determine if it's specifically an issue with the CF connection, or a general issue with connecting Wi-Fi calls?&lt;/P&gt;

The person helping me at the store connected my phone to the 2 broadband providers they had and it worked, I've been trying for weeks with &amp;nbsp;no joy and just a few minutes ago I missed a call from your complaints dept because I have no signal here hence the need to get this fixed asap &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m having the same issues with Three and Community Fibre, my iPhone displays WiFi calls, but all calls into and out of don’t connect. If I disable WiFi the calls connect and I can receive them. I’ve updated the OS to 18.7, three network settings show 64.2 and I’ve erased network settings but still get the same problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve a o2 eSIM on the same phone, when enabling WiFi calling on this network, I have no issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having this issue as well. When Wi-Fi calling is turned on, we cannot make or receive phone calls until it is turned off, when using the CF Wi-Fi. I've been in contact with Community Fibre, and they claim they are looking into it:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Please be assured that our network team is actively investigating the issue. Based on current data, approximately 90% of affected customers have had their issues resolved, and we are prioritising the remaining cases."&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand, and I know how annoying this situation can be—you’re stuck between two providers pointing fingers at each other. Recently, I’ve seen a few posts from users with CF, so maybe CF changed something, and for some reason, Three’s Wi-Fi Calling doesn’t like it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what I’ve read online, it could be related to CNAT and fragmentation. But based on your replies, you’ve confirmed that your phone worked with Three Wi-Fi Calling when you visited a Three shop. The assistants connected your phone’s Wi-Fi to two other broadband networks, and there were no issues between Three and those providers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rely on Wi-Fi Calling at home too, and so far, I have no complaints (I’m with BT). There are also other users here who rely on Wi-Fi Calling, and I’m sure they would be raising alarms if it wasn’t working for them and Three had messed something up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my opinion, it seems like something went wrong on CF’s end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been going on for more than two months now (see my other threads) for dozens of Three customers on Community Fiber. You can try all of the temporary fixes that people describe here, but it will not give you a permanent solution. A Three engineer told me to give up on those temp fixes Three Mobile have told me on the phone multiple times that it is a known issue that they are trying to resolve. It have no timeline for when it might be resolved. Haven’t gone two months not being able to make a phone call from my house. I am now leaving the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two top-level engineers at Three have confirmed to me the issue is on Three’s side - not Community Fiber’s side. This is part of the reason I’m leaving Three… mainly because they have confirmed me that there is no timeline or even a target to fix the issue, but also because they can’t even communicate to customers broadly that the issue is on their side. And they leave us on this forum, trying to guess what to do or who is at fault, even though they have confirmed it’s on their side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just discovered this entire set of threads - I'm having big problems too but I'm not on CF I'm on Hyperoptic so this must be a Three problem. I have just moved into a basement flat and the phone signal is poor, I cannot currently receive or make calls at all - my wifi calling is enabled, showing in the corner but not working either. I really don't want to change carriers but I can't stay with three if I'm not able to make or receive calls in my own flat. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had more than two months of no service and zero help from Three (they told me it was my problem even until the end of- except for one senior engineer who updated me that it was a widespread issue on their side). They have no target date to fix as you can see from their lack of communication on this thread. And I missed so many important calls, deliveries, etc It’s a bummer because Three has inclusive &amp;nbsp;in countries I visit often that other carriers don’t have but not having a functional phone number will reek havoc on your life. Switch to another carrier ASAP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
