topic Three network over the weekend in Network

“I’m on a Three mobile broadband NR5103E hub. For the last few days, apps and services that need secure connections (Netflix, Prime Video, AnyDesk) are failing to connect properly. My TV even can’t sync its clock over the network. This happens on wired LAN and Wi-Fi, across multiple devices. I’ve already restarted the router, checked my devices, and confirmed it works fine when I use another network. It looks like a problem with routing or DNS on Three’s side. Can you check if there’s a fault on my mast or with the network in my area?” Post code B64

This has now been sorted. A small change was made as I was an upgrade but not had an updated router. All now working. Customer support was superb
