Accessing voicemail from abroad without a pin

I'm on a 3 PAYG to maintain my UK number whilst travelling abroad and using other numbers. I forgot to set up a PIN to access my voicemail before I left the UK, so now I can't seem to access my voicemail. What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out here.

It would not be possible to access your voicemail from abroad if the PIN was not set up ahead of your trip.

If you have previously set up a PIN but can't remember what it is, you can call +44 7782 333 333 (standard roaming charges apply) for some help with resetting it.

However, if no PIN has ever been set up, this could only be put in place when you're back home.

When at home, you can set up or change your voicemail PIN by following these steps:

Call 123 from your phone
Select option 4
Select option 2
Then option 1
Enter your new PIN – that’s between 4 and 8 digits long, followed by #
Enter your new PIN again, followed by #
