For the last 2 days I’ve had no mobile data when off WiFi, but when I check the status of the network it says there are no problems. Has anyone else had any issues?

Hello there.

Oh, that's not great. It's possible the issue hasn't been picked up on or reported by anyone else. Or it could be a phone or account issue.

You could test the phone away from that area to see if things work normally again. If they do, it would usually mean there's a local issue, and it might be worth reporting it to the Support Team so it can be looked into.
If it's still problematic elsewhere, there could be an issue with the phone, SIM, or account. If that's the case, I'd try the SIM in another phone, see how that goes, or try another network SIM in your phone. In the end, you might need to reach out to the support team for assistance in this scenario as well, but hopefully they will be able to narrow down the cause for you.

Pete.

Hi @Nel936,

We didn't hear back from you. Did you manage to get to the bottom of this issue, or did the issue clear itself up in the meantime? Let us know if you still need any help.

Thanks,
Jonathan
