I have a secondary Esim in my phone, and on occasions it works great, but I can't access the Vodafone network as advertised

Am I barred from the Vodafone network because its a shame as its quite strong, or should I just end it with 3 and get a Vodafone Esim?

Hi @RayWoods,

You won't be barred from accessing Vodafone, but the network sharing initiative that you may see referred to as MOCN is an ongoing work which needs to be activated mast by mast. Over the course of time, this will become available in more areas. You can read more on this page about building the best ever network.

Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @axis,

Welcome to the Three Community, and it's a shame to learn that you're having signal problems.

If you've not yet done so, please pop your postcode into the Coverage and Network Status checker, which may help to clarify if any known issues or planned work is impacting you.

You can also connect with Customer Services, who'll complete some checks via your account and discuss options with you if this remains ongoing.

Thanks,
Michael
