I am using an iphone16 promax and for the past couple of months I have not been able to use WiFi calling.
I have very little signal inside my home and need WiFi calling. I am disabled and need to be able to make phone calls.
with WiFi calling turned on, calls go straight to voicemail without ringing through. Outgoing calls including those to voicemail, will not progress pass the falling phase.
I have been through other threads on the community and followed the advice. I have Three 64.2 installed. I have done many soft resets and network resets.

I am now getting frustrated with the service I am receiving. Please could you provide advice on how to resolve this matter.

many thanks.

Hello there.

That's not so great. Have you used Wifi calling while connected to other Wifi networks? If so is the issue still present there?

Try putting your phone in airplane mode and then try to make a call. That will force your phone to use WiFi calling, ignore the onscreen message asking if you want to turn off airplane mode. I have exactly the same phone as you and I occasionally have the same issue and the suggestion I’ve given you seems to work for me. I very very rarely have the issue but when I do it’s annoying to say the least. Remember to turn off airplane mode afterwards.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. When I put airplane mode on, should I leave WiFi on? I tried it this way with no luck.

Yes. The idea is to disable the cellular connection thereby forcing your phone to use your internet to complete the call.

Hi @Slangley,

Have you still been having problems with Wi-Fi calling? If so, do you have access to any other Wi-Fi networks or SIM cards through friends or family, just to see if the calling issue persists across providers?

Thanks,
Michael
