&lt;P&gt;It's a shame to hear that you've lost service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To clarify, are you trying to purchase another data pack? If so, this wouldn't be possible when there is a data pack currently active.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can purchase an &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/bills-and-contracts/your-monthly-plan-and-usage/more-allowance?tab=2" target="_self"&gt;add-on&lt;/A&gt; to tie you over if your allowances run out. However, as you've said your services have stopped working, I'd recommend checking our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage" target="_self"&gt;Coverage and Network Status&lt;/A&gt; page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This might shed some light on what is causing the loss of service.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you aren't able to find any clarity through the checker, please connect with our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/pay-as-you-go" target="_self"&gt;Pay as You Go team&lt;/A&gt; for some extra support.&lt;/P&gt;
