The call abroad 200 add on is a Pay as You Go addon that will allow you to make calls from the UK to standard landline and mobile phone numbers to 39 international destinations, and it'll give you 200 minutes for doing so. If you have a separate charge outside of the £5, you may have called a number that isn't included, or you may have called a destination that isn't included. You can find out more here.
