&lt;P&gt;Congestion used to be quite common in London due to it being such a busy place, however I don't think that's the normal anymore. It's been a few months since I was there, but when I was, I didn't face any obvious issues with the connection. It could be possible that you were in an area of London that was facing a network issue or something like that, something that could be temporarily affecting the connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can always have a look on the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab" target="_self"&gt;Service Status&lt;/A&gt; page to see if there's any known issues in the area, and if there's nothing showing, it would be a good idea to go through and report it to the &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us" target="_self"&gt;Support Team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;so that they can raise the issue and look into it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just came back from a day in London coverage was shocking is this normal? i never had a problem with EE i barely got a good 4g and no 5g the whole day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
