My signal is very low to non when I put my post code (NE37) into the signal checker this massage appears.

(We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.

We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here.)

Last time I took a long while to get fixed, how long am i going to have to wait this time. my auto renewal went through a few days ago & the low signal is stopping me from using the very service I paid money for.

What's going on in my area?

Hello there.

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with your connection. As this is a space for Three users to share experiences, specifics of what's going on in your area isn't something you'd be able to find here. To find out more about what's happening locally, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support Team on chat or by calling.
