    <description>&lt;P&gt;Would anyone from 3 like to explain this? &lt;P&gt;While there is a few of the Three team here, we're not a technical team, we moderate the forum. We have no access to your account or the diagnostic tools needed to determine why your speeds are so slow. It could be congestion, a fault on the network, a fault with the account, a fault with the device, a fault with the SIM, or a combination of these things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm hopeful the team will able to provide some advice about what's going on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem with Three going on for a year now. &amp;nbsp;And every time they say they are working on the mast and it will get better it gets worse. &amp;nbsp; I can see the Three mast 500m away in a clear line of site and yet I have a signal strength on 4G of -120dBm which is unusable. &amp;nbsp; I wouldn't bother following their suggestion above of speaking to their support team. &amp;nbsp; I have had nothing but unfulfilled promises from them. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;And every time I ask them to escalate it and to contact me by email I get messages that they have tried to phone me but couldn't get through. &amp;nbsp;Like derrr.... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
