&lt;P&gt;That is unusual! I understand you said you've already checked settings, but just wanted to check the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-huuid="17651987252469958411"&gt;Have settings related to silencing Unknown Callers and Call Forwarding been checked to ensure calls aren't being diverted? Is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN data-huuid="17651987252469957636"&gt;Wi-Fi calling being used or is this turned off?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-huuid="17651987252469957636"&gt;Please also try to reset your network settings. You can do this through the following steps:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset iPhone &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings. Please note that this will delete all your saved Wi-Fi passwords, and Bluetooth connections, so you will need to re-enter passwords and re-pair any devices afterward.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this doesn't rectify things and the settings all appear correct, please have a chat with &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/contact-us?intid=contact_us" target="_self"&gt;Customer Services&lt;/A&gt;, and they'll check your account to investigate further with you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>My phone is going straight to voice mail</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two mobile phones - work and personal - both with THREE. When i call my personal phone from my work phone, it gets through but when i call my work phone from my personal phone it goes straight to voicemail. I only did the test because i kept getting missed call messages on my work phone - but it had never rung.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have checked the settings, the mute, the volume, the bluetooth etc etc. But they are all set correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Work phone is an Iphone16 and home phone is a Iphone 15 Pro.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Baffled and annoyed!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you manage to find a solution in the meantime since posting? Michael has provided a few suggestions, and I've found a handy page on Apple's website which details settings which may be causing the call to be screened:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iphe4b3f7823/ios" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/iphone/iphe4b3f7823/ios&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
