&lt;P&gt;That doesn't look right. Have you ever had access to your online account, or has this banner appeared ever since you joined Three and registered with My3?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you leave Three previously, and return with the same number?&lt;/P&gt;
