&lt;P&gt;If you've purchased a Go Roam pass, this should automatically activate once you arrive at your destination and connect to a local network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the pass show in your account, and have you travelled already and been unable to access services since arriving?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, please check that roaming is turned on in your device settings, and also complete a reset of your network settings. You may also want to try connecting manually to a network.&lt;/P&gt;
