&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to use Wi-Fi calling for the past few weeks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually, we'd first suggest checking for a carrier update through: &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; About&lt;/STRONG&gt;, where a prompt would appear if one is available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, just to see if it works?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please also reset your network settings on the device. You can do this through the following steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset iPhone &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Please note, this will delete Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connections/passwords.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>WiFi calling not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve realised tonight I am unable to call out, receive calls or texts via WiFi. I last used it a few weeks ago and it worked fine. I have no mobile data signal where I am so I need the WiFi calling for emergencies. I have checked the network provider within my settings on iPhone and it says three 58.0 but when I tap it doesn’t give me an option of updating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using the steps above, a network settings reset clear the existing carrier settings and force the device to download the latest version. Hopefully you'll see more reliable Wifi calling after that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue here using iPhone on Carrier settings 50.1. Even after resetting network settings. No carrier settings update offered when clicking on settings&amp;gt;general&amp;gt;about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;again, has worked flawlessly for yrs and wifi calling on other networks (eg sky mobile) is working fine on other phones on this same wifi connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not aware of there being an issue internally with Wifi calling. I have seen a few reports of issues with it in the last week or so, but the majority of people who had the issue resolved the issue by moving onto the latest carrier settings version, indicating the issue is there.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm unsure why the carrier settings aren't updating for some users, and I'm unsure if there's another way to push the update through. It might be worth asking Apple support if they know of a way of pushing an updated carrier version onto the device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
