Hi, I am on an Unlimited Lite SIMO 24M plan. Running off it for everything in Penarth, Wales. Over the weekend, I had a bad Zoom meeting when it kept freezing and disconnecting. I haven't had this problem before, although I started noticing slowdowns on video streaming over the past few months. So, I ran network tests multiple times today, near windows, with and without hotspot enabled. Speedtest by Okla tells me that my ping ranges from 43-9944 ms download and 45-2614 ms upload! Jitter 90-100. Crazy numbers that would explain my unstable connection.

Any suggestions as to how to improve it? If this situation continues, I will have to complain about breach of contract.

Might not have been Three's fault. There have been a number of internet outages/routing problems over this past few days and Cloudflare was having problems today, see - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c629pny4gl7o

Saying that, Three are doing a lot of work on the network due to the vodafone merger and maybe a local mast was down for planned maintenance work (unlikely at the weekend, but not impossible). Did you look at the Network Status checker while you were having problems? Enter your postcode at the following link:

https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?tab=2

Probably best to give them a call on 333 and explain the situation. They'll have access to see if your area has problems, ie maintenance, congestion etc
