Hello there.

Welcome to Three Community.

You postcode was hidden as to protect your details. Personal information like that isn't to be posted on Community.

I checked the postcode you gave before hand and it looks like you're in an area where the 3G swtich off is taking place. I don't have the ability to determine if work on that has started yet, but if it has, you might be noticing some issues while the work is taking place. It looks like the 4G and 5G systems are online as always, so hopefully things will balance out soon.

You can do that yourself by using the Three Network Status checker online - Network Status Checker
