&lt;P&gt;i want to cancel my three contract because network very poor and service also very poor.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;they always send extra amount of bill.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Three Community. I'm really sorry to hear that you're looking into cancelling your Three contract. We can't directly arrange cancellation from here as this is a public forum, but happy to give you advice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With regards to the network issues you've been facing have you been able to check our &lt;A href="https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support" target="_self"&gt;Network Status Checker&lt;/A&gt; to see if it's down to an issue we're aware of? Have you spoken to customer services about the issues, if so what have they advised?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to view what the extra charges are for on your bill? If you have a look on My3 or the Three App you can view a PDF copy. If you can let us know a bit more about what the charges you're facing are for, then we'll be happy to give more advice on this.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay getting back to you. It's quite an old thread you've posted on, and unfortunately the original poster never followed up with me.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I expect any information from customer services to be trustworthy, but it sounds like you've had a really poor experience if the end result is that you're cancelling early.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can totally understand if you want us to double check your account. I can't do that from the community but I'll send you a private message to direct you to some colleagues that can help further.&lt;/P&gt;
