My account says unlimited texts and calls ! ( sim only ). So why are my calls getting blocked ?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with calls. Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by calls getting blocked? Are you hearing or seeing an error message? What types of calls are you making, are these UK landline or mobiles, or are you calling a different type of number?
