      <title>Signal in HP3</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no signal for the past 3 weeks with contact from 3 to let us know any works were going to be undertaken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have medical needs , luckily my partner is here but she too has a 3 phone and I need to be able to use my phone .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im paying for a service which im not getting and one which i need&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
