I have pushed three about this. I live near the mast. They don’t know when it will be fixed. They have committed to giving me an update in 7 days. After pushing them I initially got a weeks rebate and after being put on to complaints was given another £5 compensation. That is fine, but the inability to give any reassurance about a timescale for resolution is very poor. A broadband provider should have a visible plan for resolution. I have been given the option to leave the contract without penalty for the next month. I suggest you contact them, tell them about what I’ve been offered and get the same offer. The performance until recently has been great and the deal is good - I negotiated a better deal after my first contract expired. But if they can’t give any idea of when our service will be reinstated what does that say?

So maybe this forum can help a little with requests like yours😀

Chris
