WhatsApp app connection issue. Cannot connect voice calls and unable to download media files and messages. WhatsApp works normal in mobile network 5g data and other Wifi networks.

When you say whatsapp works normally on 5G and on WiFi, is this with the exception of with calls and media?

Hi, I’m having the same issue. What’s app will not work on my 3 mobile WiFi at home. It works on all other networks.

That's quite strange. Do you have Three SIM in your mobile phone as well? If so, does it work on the mobile network?

I have the same issue. No WhatsApp messages on home wifi through 3, disconnect and use my 3 mobile and they all come through. It's very annoying. same for everyone who uses the wifi; android, apple users, we have reset everything, updated firmware and tried everything we can.

Hi, I am having the same issue - I can’t send or receive messages on WhatsApp when connected to my Three broadband. It is the same for my housemates. Really frustrating! I have to turn off wifi and use my mobile data from another network every time I want to use WhatsApp. Any suggestions to fix? Thanks.

My wife's Whatsapp has same problem, usually could not send photo or voice message. She use iphone 11 Pro Max. Any techinical person could help ?

I have the same issue, I also have a 3 sim in my phone and it works fine when off the wifi. I suspect this is a router issue. Has anyone resolved this yet?
