      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my 5g and 4g network coverage both down since 22:20 last night still not up in GU12 area what awful service &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crying_face:"&gt;😢&lt;/span&gt; I want compensation for the amount of time its down as I require my phone to work nights!! I have reset done aeroplane mode everything nothing works and still not on now!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
