      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have moved address and have not been able to use my phones since moving in due to no signal. The new postcode is nn13 ***. My partner has contacted 3 who state there is a@problem here and he has been given £6 per month off of his bills due to the network issues. Please could the same be applied to my 2 accounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
