Already done that the issue is the mast being busy at times. It said there was an issue in the area weeks ago before it updated to that.Strangely using lebara who use vodafone gets me full signal on their network but means I am paying 3 for a service they are not providing.

Hi @Martin1979,

I understand the network status checker has shown congestion and planned work as potential reasons for the service issues you've been seeing.

If a timeframe isn't shared and things don't improve, please chat with Customer Services via your account, and they'll complete some further checks and look at alternative options if this continues to impact you.

Thanks,
Michael
