    <title>topic 5g tower down for 10 days in Network</title>
    <link>https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Network/5g-tower-down-for-10-days/m-p/67497#M14798</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Three did some change on my tower in HA9 ***, and downed it for 10 days now since Monday 1st March 2026. Since 8 calls to network support it's still marked as "no issues" on the web site. Three other phones aside 5G router also can't get any signal. I terminated the contract and went with Virgin Media, as I need Internet for work, and back in December, right before Christmas, was same issue. It took 2 weeks back then. One month later they broke it again. And noone wants to take responsibility. Moreover, Three is unwilling to send me my contract so that I can check on their SLA. Few days is probably OK. But 25 days out of service in 3 months is NOT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
