topic WiFi calling not working on Samsung Galaxy A55 in Network https://community.three.co.uk/t5/Network/WiFi-calling-not-working-on-Samsung-Galaxy-A55/m-p/67587#M14807 <P>Hi all, I have been searching on the multiple posts on here about this topic, but nothing has helped.<BR /><BR />As the title says I have a Samsung Galaxy A55, its unlocked and has the latest updates done on the 5th of March (Android version 16, UI version 8.0).&nbsp;<BR /><BR />I have just moved to Three network yesterday, but since I put the Three sim in my phone WIFI calling has stopped working. My old network/SIM worked with WIFI calling in the same phone though. And also my new Three SIM in an older phone works with WIFI calling.<BR /><BR />When I had my old SIM in this phone, when I went to settings&gt;connections&gt; WIFI calling option was there, but now its not there. I still have the option in my drop down bar to toggle WIFI calling on/off, and the same with phone&gt;settings&gt;call settings, but when I switch these on nothing happens.<BR /><BR />A few times the WIFI calling symbol has shown in the status bar at the top when i pull down, but it has disappeared soon after. When this has shown, I have attempted to make a call to see if the `WIFI call` will show, a WIFI symbol with the phone symbol appeared. So possibly that means it has worked sporadically? But on my previous network when I'd make a WIFI call, when swiping in the dial list to make a call, writing would show saying 'WIFI call'.&nbsp;<BR /><BR />I have tried lots of advice I've seen online, such as....<BR /><BR />- Turning on/off WIFI calling<BR /><BR />- Checking for updates<BR /><BR />- Resetting network settings<BR /><BR />- Soft reset<BR /><BR />- Turning airplane mode on, then switching WIFI on<BR /><BR />- Switching off WIFI calling, then restart phone &amp; turn WIFI calling back on<BR /><BR />I also seen advice to go to settings&gt;about then scroll down to Network and tap it to see it will update. opposite Network it just says '3' and when i tap it does nothing.
