I had to leave - went with EE. ( however, you could try setting/ toggle mobile to 4G only & see it that helps )

Morning All,

I've been a Three customer (along with many of my family members) for more years than I can remember to be honest and over the last 6 months (almost coinciding with the merger) my signal has been extremely unreliable. At work, most days, I have SOS only available on my phone (iPhone 15 plus) for up to an hour and never more than two bars of signal all other times. The 4G is pretty much non-existent, which is really unhelpful when I have to use WhatsApp as a main communication tool within work! When I access the coverage checker it claims to be hot red within the areas I travel and I can guarantee this is not my nor my family members' experience.

I wonder if anyone else is having the same or similar issues, if so have you been able to resolve it without having to change provider (which is they way I'm leaning as it is becoming more and more frustrating)?

Thanks.

Well if that floats your boat then all well and good. And of course you’ve always got visual voicemail to soften the blow. 🙄

You’re not alone. Yesterday I had to do an emergency call and I had to go to a friend’s house to do it. After I spent 1 hour calling three, and I wasn’t able. Had to go again to my friend’s. All I had was: there is a work uploading in your tower, the job will be finished today. Nothing about the stress trying the emergency call. I live on my own. I could die and nobody would know, because I couldn’t make a phone call.
I’ve been for years with three, but it’s getting worst. I told the person I’m leaving as soon as my contract ends. I cannot be without signal most of the days. They are not in the idea of putting another tower, my signal won’t get better, so I’ll go with whoever gives me signal.
