Go roam calls

I’m in Costa Rica. I have got a three pay and go SIM card as three told me go roam would work ok in Costa Rica. if I try and ring a Costa Rica number (I.e.local) it just give a failure message. How can I ring anyone

Are you entering the full code including the international country prefix?

Hi @Pulloxhill1,

Costa Rica is included in Go Roam, but in Go Roam around the world destinations, calls to local numbers over there are chargeable. Here's the rates for Costa Rica. If you've got an add on, you'll be able to call back home, and use the included data up to the fair use policy of 12GB, but this won't cover calls outside your allowance, like local Costa Rica numbers.

Do you have credit topped up, separately from any add ons?
