Thailand hotspot issue

I am Three Business user and have data passport for unlimited data. I used it in Vietnam with no issue.

I arrived yesterday to Thailand. My internet on phone is working. At the beginning I was able to share my internet via hotspot.

I have Iphone 14 Pro Max.

After 2 hours, my partner’s Iphone 17 Pro Max stopped connecting to hotspot. When it was trying to login, it was acting like connecting to a public wifi in airport, a web page was pop up, trying to access Three.co.uk but it wasn’t loading anything and it ended with no internet connection on hotspot. I have a MacBook pro, it couldn’t connect to internet, same issue like Iphone.

I have 2 windows pc with me. Windows pc’s were able to join hotspot at the beginning but after a couple hours they ended up with same problem.

I have internet on my main Iphone, but other devices can’t connect to internet via hotspot. I tried reset network etc, basic fix on internet but no solution. It’s sadly effecting my work. While I already paid for data passport unlimited data, I can’t use it on my devices.
