Please see image for the current data showing.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>For the last two weeks, the white lights are all on, showing a 5g connection, the main router page is also showing 5g... however there is no 5g connection in the network information and the speeds are really slow.&nbsp;</P><P>Please see images below...&nbsp;</P><P>Customer service have as usual been unable to help.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Any advice?
